How much do casino party rentals cost?
Throw the event of the year with casino party rentals. Entertainment and rental companies provide casino tables and professional dealers to create a fun-filled environment for birthdays, corporate events, fundraisers, reunions and other celebrations. Casino party rentals can include blackjack tables, craps tables, roulette tables, poker tables, slot machines, decor and more. You can’t use real money for the slot machines and at the tables; the rental company will provide substitute money for your guests.
The cost of the table rental typically includes a professional dealer for each table who can provide short tutorials and education to the players so everyone can enjoy the games, even if they’ve never played before. "this isn’t like vegas, where they expect you to know how to play and the dealer won’t give you advice," says william bruner of enjoyable entertainment in west babylon, new york. “the dealers help everyone have fun.”
Number of tables
The largest driver of cost is the number of casino tables you need for your event, which is dictated by the number of guests. "we recommend that you have 40 percent of your guests covered," suggests bruner of enjoyable entertainment. Most casino tables fit 7 to 8 guests, so one table is not enough for 50 people; bruner recommends having at least 4 to 5 tables for 100 guests. Here are some examples of party package costs:
Smaller casino party package from enjoyable entertainment: $700 total
Includes 2 casino tables (not craps, which is a more complicated setup), 2 professional dealers, 4 hours of playing time, and 1 free slot machine.
- The last 30 minutes of playing time are reserved for counting people out and giving prizes.
Midsize casino party package from enjoyable entertainment: $1,050-$1,750 total
- Includes 3 to 5 casino tables (including craps, if desired), 4 hours of playing time, and 2 free slot machines. Tables are priced at $350 each for this package.
Large casino party package from enjoyable entertainment: $1,950-$3,250 total
- Includes 6 to 10 casino tables, 4 hours of playing time, and 4 free slot machines. Tables are priced at $325 each for this package.
Setup and breakdown of the tables is not part of the 4 hours of playing time.
Rental chairs
Not all entertainment companies include the cost of chairs in their table rental fees. Be sure to ask about the availability and cost of chairs when requesting a cost estimate for your party. Bruner with enjoyable entertainment says that chairs are not included in their standard rental rates, but are available at an additional cost of $2.50 per folding chair.
Gratuity
If the dealers and croupier have provided good service to guests, it’s courteous for the host to give them a gratuity at the end of the night. Bruner with enjoyable entertainment recommends $20 to $40 per dealer for the night. He states that guests shouldn’t feel the need to tip the dealer. Always confirm with your rental company what they recommend.
Travel fees
Some companies charge an extra fee for travel to locations beyond a set radius. Bruner of enjoyable entertainment explains that due to their new york location, they include parking and toll prices in the quote.

All parties and events have different floor plans and room digrams and we would like to share our professional knowledge of how we can assist you in designing the layout and or floor plan of your event. We use the latest technology floor planning software that the market has to offer just like they use in conventions and hotels today. Our software is specialized and customized with all of our casino table dimensions and styles. As we start the planning for your party we can go over all the details, dimentions of the room and all the great entertainment that you have selected from our web-site we can start building. We can go over the perfect place for the bars, food, band or DJ, the stage and of course all the casino tables that you have selected. BCE has most hotel and convention centers already set in our systems to make things run smooth. Let us know if you need a diagram or floor plan and we will be on our way to plan your party.
If you would like us to design a floor plan fax or email your room dimensions to your casino manager for review. It is our expertise to design the best possible casino floor plan that will allow for optimal casino experience for all your guests. Casino tables do not work well up against walls or on the outside perimeters of a room. BCE utilizes a pit diagram just like you see in las vegas casinos today.

Casino parties mean fun for everyone and deciding to host one is easy!
Select the games you think your guests will enjoy the most. The casino games such as roulette, blackjack, & texas hold’em or stud poker are the most popular and highly recommended. If your guests have attended casino parties before, you can offer more challenging games such as craps and pai gow poker. Slot machines with tokens add to the variety of games at any event. We accommodate all party sizes from 4 tables to 10+ tables.
Each casino package includes clay chips, cards, a raffle drum, and raffle tickets along with dealers dressed in black & white attire. A pit boss can be added to any casino party to assist inexperienced players and to help cash out at the end of the event.
Most casino events are held for 3 hours of gaming. As the guests arrive, the host will present each with funny money which is an over-sized $25,000 bill that is customizable! Clients may add their logo for a personal touch. The guest will then exchange the bill for chips at the table of their choice to kick off the night. The values of the chips are

red – $5,000
blue – $25,000
green/black – $100,000
Experienced dealers dressed in black & white attire, provide assistance and expertise throughout, ensuring an enjoyable time. A flexible aspect of the party, at the end guests can cash in their chips for raffle tickets! Once all guests have returned their chips, the raffle tickets go into a drum provided by fantasy world and the host can raffle off prizes. The host provides and awards prizes, if they so choose.
